HSL Futsal
2026 Spring Season
Registration is OPEN!
2026 Spring Futsal leagues (all divisions) will start the second week of March at McKinleyville Activity Center.
Wednesdays Women's League:
Games will be Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30pm. The women's division will be pickup-style, meaning there will be no referee and teams will be determined each game (so bring a light and dark shirt). This division is very friendly and all skill levels are welcome. The cost will be ~$30/player or $5 to drop-in on a single game.
Wednesdays Co-Ed No-Contact ("Chill Version"):
Games will be Wednesday evenings between 7:30-9pm. This is a new division aimed at providing a place for folks to check out/ get back into futsal without the competition level in the open co-ed league. Rules will be the same as CoEd Open but will be no-contact and referees may call fouls more strictly. The cost will be $50/player or $10 to drop-in on a single game. *If we have enough registrations, we may assign teams in this league to set gametimes/ avoid long wait periods to play.
Thursdays Co-Ed Open:
Games are played between 5:30 PM and 10:00 PM on Thursdays, with 20-minute halves. It's a co-ed league, requiring that no more than 4 players on the court may be the same gender identity (for example 4 men, 1 woman). Registration is $70, with a $20 discount for people willing to help out and a $5 discount for students.
Note on the price change: This league takes a lot of energy to organize and relies heavily on volunteers—none of us are paid (except the referees). One of the most helpful ways players can support the league is by arriving a bit early for the first game of the night and/or staying after the last game to help set up, take down goals, and clean up the gym. We’re committed to keeping this league affordable. To help prevent burnout and ensure we can cover costs if we need to bring in additional help, we’ve added a $20 opt-out fee for those who prefer not to participate in setup and cleanup. We truly appreciate everyone who pitches in to make this league possible!
League Rules have been updated, one change being teams can only borrow players from other teams if you do not have players registered to your team to substitutes for the player borrowed (we have plenty of free-agents looking for teams, if you anticipate needing players, reach out!!) .
If you are an individual without a team (free agent) who would like to play this fall, please fill out this google form! Your responses will be shared with team captains who may need players to fill out their teams. If you are selected to join a team, you will be contacted by the captain and then can register online for the appropriate team, or if you'd like to build a team with free agents, please reach out so we can share the list with you.
